Robyn Crawford, the woman who probably knew Whitney Houston best, is breaking her silence about her relationship with the late music superstar.
Nearly a decade after Whitney’s tragic death, Crawford is releasing a new book, titled A Song for You: My Life with Whitney Houston. For years, the duo were the subject of rumors they enjoyed a romantic relationship. White it’s not known whether Crawford will address that subject, the 320-page book will provide insight into Crawford and Whitney’s first meeting as teens in the 1980s, and Houston’s later rise to fame. The book will also address Whitney’s tumultuous marriage to Bobby Brown and the birth of her late daughter, Bobbi Kristina.
“With warmth, candor, and an impressive recall of detail, Robyn gives readers insight into Whitney’s life and career,” a synopsis of the book reads. “From countless sold-out world tours to her epic rendition of the US national anthem to the set of The Bodyguard, her tempestuous marriage, and the birth of her only child, Robyn was there.”
A Song for You: My Life with Whitney Houston is due to arrive November 5.
