Bishop T.D. Jakes is stepping into new territory as a talk show host! After a very successful test run last summer, the “T.D. Jakes Show” is now a reality!
The Pastor of the Potter’s House says that while his show will be inspirational and uplifting, it won’t be a church service.
“This is not preaching at all. I’ll do that on Sundays. I am a person as well. I’ve seen a lot of things. Presidents, leaders. I’ve interacted with CEOs. I’ve been married to the same person for 34 years. I have been counseling families for 40 years. I’m not doing anything new, I’m just doing it on-camera. It’s a no-judgment zone, but I am challenging people to be our highest and best version of ourselves,” said Jakes.

The “T.D. Jakes Show” will premiere September 12th on WFAA ch 8 and on September 19th on OWN.
