The grand jury has refused to charge two Cleveland police officers in the shooting death of 12- year- old Tamir Rice. The report from USA Today states that the grand jury found no evidence of criminal misconduct. It is hard to believe the officers won’t face any charges for gunning down a 12-year-old child in a park last year. Tamir was playing with a toy gun and police thought it was real. No Justice for Tamir Rice!
