It looks like Tony Romo has decided to move forward with surgery this week. According to CBSlocal.com the Dallas Cowboys quarter has opted for something called “plate insertion” -when a set of screws and a plate will be inserted to protect his collarbone. He has fractured his collarbone twice last year. The recovery is reported to be a about a two-month process.
