Beef Recall: 12 Million Pounds Some Sold In Texas

by

It seems like everyday there is another recall due to salmonella contamination. The beef products being recalled were processed between July 26 to September 7, 2018.  They contain the establishment number “EST. 267” inside the USDA mark of inspection on the package. The beef was shipped under various labels and shipped to Texas: Brookshire, Fiesta, Sams Sprouts and Walmart.

To play it safe you may want to check your freezer. The recalled beef should be thrown away or taken back to the point of purchase. Over 250 people in 26 state have gotten ill due to salmonella contamination.
