R.Kelly has filed another claim to get released from jail. In his latest bid his attorney says he has proof that R.Kelly is at risk for COVID-19. His lawyer filed documents asking the judge to release R.Kelly pending his trial. He claims the Bureau of Prisons failed to disclose R.Kelly’s medical tests from March showing he is “likely diabetic.” His lawyer also claims R.Kelly has high cholesterol and high blood pressure making him even more at risk for COVID-19.
