On the Anniversary of Stuart Scott’s Death, his daughters pay tribute to his legacy It has been 6 years since Stuart Scott, the beloved ESPN sportscaster passed away. He died on January 4, 2015 of cancer. His daughter’s Taelor and Sydni both paid tribute to their dad. The tributes were posted on Essence.com. The sisters are working with The Stuart Scott Fund in partnership with the V Foundation for Cancer Research. The Stuart Scott Foundation supports minority cancer researchers who are underrepresented in cancer research. Both sisters wrote about making the most of time. They also wrote about grief still coming and going in waves.
