The ‘Great Resignation’ 40% Of Workers Considering Quitting Their Jobs

I you have you been thinking about a career change you’re not alone; according to a new Microsoft survey. Researchers found that as many as 40% of the global workforce is thinking about quitting their jobs – a wave some are calling the ‘Great Resignation”. Why are so many people thinking of quitting?  It could be that people are re-evaluating their lives after the pandemic.  Others might not want to return to the office after a year of working from home.
