Foreigner, Kool & the Gang, Lenny Kravitz, Oasis, and Sade are all making their first nominations. Mary J. Blige, Dave Matthews Band, Eric B. and Rakim, Jane’s Addiction, and A Tribe Called Quest are returning nominees. The Hall electors will cast their votes between now and the finalists’ announcement in late April.
