Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Files Motion To Dismiss Some Claims In Sexual Assault Lawsuit

FILE – Sean “Diddy” Combs appears at the premiere of “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop: A Bad Boy Story” on June 21, 2017, in Beverly Hills, Calif.  (Photo by Chris Pizzello/Invision/AP, File) Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs files motion to dismiss in a  Joi Dickerson-Neal filed a sexual assault lawsuit, and Diddy’s attorneys have filed a motion to dismiss a portion of it on the grounds that some of the laws cited in the lawsuit did not exist at the time of the alleged incident in 1991.  Dickerson-Neal claims Diddy drugged and raped her, which he denies, calling it a money grab.  Another accuser, Lil Rod, has dropped Ethiopia Habtemariam from the case, clarifying that she has no knowledge of any alleged wrongdoing by Diddy.  Habtemariam refutes the claims against her and states that she should never have been named a defendant in the lawsuit.
