Cops mistake actor for real burglar, open fire. This is something straight out of a movie only it is straight out of a movie. Police in Indiana were responding to a 911 call of a man burglarizing the Backstep Brewing Company. They arrived on the scene only to see actor Jim Duffy wearing a ski mask coming out of the Brewing Company with a prop gun, and when they asked him to drop his gun, he turned toward them and they feared he may shoot and shots were fired.
