Janet Jackson: I’ve struggled with self esteem all my life. You never think you would hear someone like Janet Jackson say she’s struggled with self esteem issues and she’s struggled with them all of her life. Then you think being a Jackson does put a tremendous amount of pressure on you to live up to what the world thinks you should do and be. As women we all have lived with some sort of self esteem issues, but a lot of times we keep it to ourselves and suffer in silence. I know I have and sometimes I still do.
