Take your corn on the cob to the next level.  I had to post this.  Not sure if I would eat it but it would be worth tasting.  Here it goes. Upgrade your BBQ this summer by taking your corn on the cob up a notch. Why have just regular corn on the cob, when you can have ‘flamin hot’ corn on the cob?
You may not be ready for this one, so, buckle up. First you start by brushing the corn with some butter mixed with lime zest, cumin, and chili powder and grilling that for about 5-10 minutes.
Now, here comes the crazy part. When the corn is off the grill, you can brush it with a mixture of mayo, sour cream, and lime. Once the corn is covered in the mixture, take a bag of flamin’ hot Cheetos, crunch them up, and roll the corn into the crumbs.
It’s unclear who exactly came up with this, but they deserve a raise.
