Kerrion Franklin, the son of Kirk Franklin is in jail after being taken into custody over the weekend.
According to arrest records, he was pulled over by police, sent to jail, and denied bond. Instead, he was given “permanent residence” in the L.A. County Jail.
Social media personality Larry Reid uncovered the arrest on Monday, and according to Reid, Franklin says he was “wrongfully arrested.”
Franklin also revealed that a gun was found when he was arrested, but he claims it wasn’t his. Reid also claims that the car Kerrion was driving belonged to a woman who may have been murdered.
