Kanye was involved in an incident that turned into an argument with a woman, and now he’s facing charges of battery.
While it’s unclear what happened before or after the incident, Kanye is seen telling the woman to stop with her cameras. When the woman tries to plead her case by telling Kanye, “he’s a celebrity,” Kanye then gets angered and takes the woman’s phone and throws it into the street.
Kanye then walks back towards his vehicle and confronts another guy with a camera (presumed to be paparazzi) and tells him to back away from him.
Kanye’s presumed wife, Bianca Censori, was waiting in the SUV during the incident. TMZ reports the Ventura County Sheriff’s department dispatched deputies to the site at around 4:30 p.m. Later, the woman chatted with two police officers as she left the sheriff’s office.
