Jamie Foxx is off the hook for that alleged 2002 slapping incident. About a month ago a story broke that Jamie Foxx allegedly ‘slapped’ a woman with his manhood after she turned him down. The statute of limitations of three years has passed, and so has the timeframe for a civil suit for the alleged encounter that happened back in 2002.
