Amanda Seales was a guest on The Breakfast Club. She told the hosts she suffered a nervous breakdown. She said, at the end of the day I had started to believe what critics made up about me. If you’re not careful you’ll let the people who know you least tell you about yourself. She said she got through it with therapy, boxing and reiki (energy healing). Every one struggles from time to time, during these challenging times it is easy to feel hopeless and display a lack of interest.
In the age of social media public figures can be under attack from people who have no idea what is really going on behind the scenes. Its’ easy to forget they are human beings with feelings.
