Texas Gov. Greg Abbott signed alcohol to-go into law last week. House Bill 1024 making it legal for Texas restaurants and bars to sell alcohol to-go permanently. During the Coronavirus shutdown the state allowed struggling businesses to sell mixed-drinks for off-site consumption. It gave restaurants a new stream of revenue and was vital for some to remain open. This does not allow you to drink and drive so slow-ya-roll.
