The judge also ruled that Wendy would not have to pay his attorney fees. The battle is not over just yet, though as the judge did not that the ex-couple “are to participate in binding arbitration” for “The issues surrounding the severance payments, and the [Qualified Domestic Relations Order] are disputed and therefore need to be mediated.” Kevin stopped receiving payment after The Wendy Williams Show folded.
