Jay-Z & Beyoncé ‘Challenge’ Try Plant-Based Diet


If you are ready for a fresh start in the New Year you may want to check this out. Jay-Z and Beyonce have recently written an Introduction to a new book by Beyonce’s trainer, Marco Borges. The book is called, The Greenprint: Plant-Based Diet, Best Body, Better World. The Carter’s discuss how parenthood has changed their view on dieting and eating healthy. At first, Marco started the couple with one plant-based meal a day at breakfast. He then added a plant-based lunch and then finally Jay-Z wanted to go all in. The couple says that they now look at health as the truth, instead of a diet. It has become a mission for them to share that truth and lifestyle with as many people as possible. If you are looking for a way to improve your eating habits and overall health in 2019 you might want to  join the challenge.
