Three people are facing federal hate crimes charges in the death of Ahmaud Arbery. The Justice Department brought the charges on Wednesday against Travis McMichael and his father, Gregory, who allegedly chased and fatally shot Arbery last year after seeing him running in their Georgia neighborhood. William “Roddie” Bryan, was also charged in connection to the incident. Arbery had been dead for more than two months when cellphone video of the shooting was leaked online.
