Prosecutor Asks Judge To Ban Convicted Arbery Killers From Making Money Off Case

by

Although the three men accused of killing Ahmaud Arbery were given life sentences on Friday, the judge in the case still has more work to do. Prosecutor Linda Dunikoski has submitted a request to Judge Timothy Walmsley, asking that he ban convicted Arbery killers Travis McMichael, Gregory McMichael and William “Roddie” Bryan from making “money off of their actions, such as a book deal, a movie deal, social media deal or anything along any way, shape or form,” court documents reveal. Dunikoski went on to ask if “any money be made, that it go into a fund for the Arbery family.”  Walmsley says he’ll consider the request. There’s no word on when he’s expected to reveal his decision.
