Kevin Hart, Serena Williams Named In Class-Action Suit For Promoting NFTs

by

C Some big-name celebrities have been named in a class-action lawsuit involving NFTs. The suit claims celebs like Kevin Hart, Madonna, Jimmy Fallon, Justin Bieber, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Serena Williams promoted Board Ape Yacht Club NFTs without disclosing their financial stake in the company. Plaintiffs say the celebrity endorsements caused people to buy “losing investments” at “dramatically inflated prices”.  These celebrities are not responsible for any loss because they were paid to endorse a blockchain project. You have to do your own research and not follow the crowd when it comes to investing.
