Remember when we were on edge about the killings in Washington DC at the hands of the DC Sniper? Remember how shocked we were when we found out the snipers were African American? Yes they turned out to be John Allen Muhammad (the ring leader) who was executed in 2009 and Lee Boyd Malvo who was 17 years old at the time, who is now 32 years old. A federal judge just tossed out 2 life sentences for Lee Malvo due to his age at the time. The convictions still stand though.
