R Kelly’s Daughter speaks out. You forget that R Kelly is a father, and a father to a daughter. He does and her name is Joann Kelly, a beautiful young lady who I know is going through a difficult time in the wake of all of the allegations against her father. TMZ caught up with her and asked some questions about her father. My take on this is that they don’t have a close relationship, but she is about family and she is trying to be strong. My heart goes out to her.
