Kim Porter’s niece is not happy with P. Diddy right now. Her niece is suing him due to what she terms as wrongful termination. Kim’s niece worked as a full – time nanny for their twin daughters and after Kim dies Diddy asked her to stay on full time. Kim’s niece who is being referred to as Jane Doe in the lawsuit claims she was let go after she found out she was pregnant and requested maternity leave. She says Diddy told her through his reps she was let go because she was pregnant and unmarried and that sets a bad example for the twins.
