There has been no legal action in the accident involving Kevin Hart and two others last year. Remember when Kevin was the passenger in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda and the driver and his girlfriend were also in the car and injured in the accident. TMZ said all parties hired lawyers early on but as of now, there are no lawsuits. There also haven’t been any cash settlements. Parties have up to three years to file any lawsuits.
