Harvey Weinstein has been allegedly fired illegally by his company. WTH? The company, The Weinstein Company, alledgedly wrote a contract saying Harvey Weinstein could get sued over and over for sexual harassment and as long as he settled with his own money, it was all good. How can you put a clause in a contract allowing for something illegal? That doesn’t even make sense. But it is Hollywood. Read here.
