Nicki Minaj and her young family are moving up and into a gated community.
After years of renting huge homes scattered across the greater Los Angeles area, from Beverly Hills to Malibu, she has bought a home in a guard-gated city in the San Fernando Valley.
Minaj paid $19.5 million for the big modern farmhouse that was built earlier this year by a local developer.
The nearly 12,000-square-foot residence features eight bedrooms, nine full bathrooms, a separate guesthouse and poolside cabana in the backyard, plus a saltwater pool with a spa.
